We ship to over 130 countries worldwide. Depending on stock availability, orders may ship from our facilities in China, the US, or the EU.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 7-12 business days
Europe: 6-10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 6-12 business days

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact us at support@huzzypup.com within 30 days of delivery. Ensure that items are in new condition, with original tags and packaging, and free of odor and pet hair.
Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes, items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, products like chains and leashes with protective packaging removed are not eligible for return.
Defective or Wrong Product
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team support@huzzypup.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order and we will resolve the issue for you.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team support@huzzypup.com as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
